How To Make Crispy Onion Pakoda

Onion Pakoda
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Onions ------- 4
Green chillies ------- 4
Salt ------- as required
Red chillie powder ------- as required
Rice flour ------- 1 cup
Gram flour ------- 1/2 cup
Oil ------- as required
Water ------- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take onions and green chillies and wash it.
- Cut onions and green chillies in long slices.
- Take a bowl and add cutted onion and green chillie pieces on it.
- Add rice flour and gram flour in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder as per your tasty.
- Then mix with water.
- The mixed flour should be in the thicker consistency.
- Take a pan and heat for 2 sec.
- Add 2 cups of oil in it.
- Heat the oil for 5 min.
- Dip the flour in small quantity using hand.
- Fry it till it comes to golden colour.
- After pakodi comes to golden colour, take into a plate.
- Now you are ready with crispy pakodi infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the crispy and very tasty onion pakoda.
